So I just got lvl 70 and I would like to know what partners I should recruit

At the moment I'm using , Sado , Main, Ichigo, Renji and Momo.

Vanguard 1 st? Support? Any advice? Thnx

momo- support, stunes the mid
really i think thats the only one you need until 80
