thhis is Oguri Oda from server 380 i have made a 40000 gold top up and it hasnt gien me my gold it has been 3 days since the transaction was made i contacted both credit card and my offgamers palced and they are saying the transaction was made so can anyone help me

What you had similar problom you top up as well and it did not give your gold same here i made a 10000 gold top up and they said nothing
