Managed to get one but the chances are super super low and you need a ton of fragments and coupons/gold.
I'd not recommend wasting coupons or gold on this.

How many soul stones did you use? I have 220 :/ Just wondering whether it's worth using them right now, maybe the odds will improve in time, I hope.

It stays RNG though so you never know

Should be a lot easier when we get the new top 8 CSB, if the rewards stay the same. Depending on how often it is, you get from 50-100 every tournament I believe it was. Still not really worth it to be honest. I saved up like 300-400 and didn't get advanced power myself. Just a waste of gold/coupons.
