Is B. Renji better than Yama in terms of PVP? I'm using Senbon and also have a T1 Hikifune. Or perhaps it would be better to add a support and change zanpakuto instead?

looks great although hes pretty slow

He doesn't need to be fast with over 1m Pdef when using Ryujin Jakka. He only has 4 Agility stones(rank 10's). Senju(863k) and Nemu(649k) have the speed covered.

I like Berserk Renji more than Yama, but I like my Mayuri the most.

B Renji crushes Yama in PVP, especially if you have Hiki. B Renji hits MUCH harder, boost critical of everyone, and regens own fury by 100 (usually 150 as he's a crit monster) PLUS, B Renji is hands down best PVE assaulter in the game, which is a very nice bonus. Here's mine to show you what I'm talking about.

Renji is not that good in pvp, except after unlocked the Itto kaso mod. He's slow and only hit two persons
Yama is fast and has great cc
Maybe u should take a zanpakuto that increases your supports' speed and maxing Kirio's speed
