ok i need help

so basically what i wanted to know is that if i have a brand new set of gear that is infused lvl 0 on all and fortifed lvl is 0 does it really matter if i use the infused water on the gear that is lvl 0 or should i first fortify the gears lvl first then infuse with water? idk but my question is does it really matter or are the bonuses the same with or without it being fortified? please and thank you

no bonuses if gear is not infused
order does not matter you can fortify then infuse or infuse then  ...

lol ma boy its ok cuz shadows here now and don't you worry cuz like you I also thought ubp was gonna be shit and did SA but my faith in ubp has been restored I will not doubt it again
I shall redeem myself by waiting for demon ichigo to appear in ubp and get him I think ill have enough to save because next ubp should be a zanpakuto since last few have been partners
