Due to the technology issue the EU server maintenance will delay for several hours. We're sorry about the inconveniences caused by these issue. As compensation, we'll be giving all players on EU server 2,000,000 Silver and 50 Viltality. This will be given out directly into your account within 3 working days.

server is still down for a minor change LOL.
I doubt the server will be online on a sunday (we kinda experienced the bug problem and no GM on here works on a weekend)

LOL, i forgot about the dice event. Yeah maybe we need more coupons considering that we could get a lvl 6 spirit stone in the Dice Event which cost a lot more in shop.

Aye, the compensation is a joke for what we lose, which is - a dice roll chance, which could have been fury stones, or hogyo souls, ect, much more valuable than 2 million of uselessness.
Extend the dice event for 24 hours, is the kind of compensation we need.

I hope the admin can set proper expectation about this matter, because the most frustrating part for a player, especially or those people who pays for the game, is that , we are waiting without knowing when the server will be back up and running. At least a good estimate would do. We could have done other things instead of waiting without knowing an estimated timeframe. Should we wait for the game to be up today? or do we have to sleep and wait for tomorrow? it sucks waiting in front of a computer....

2M coin compesation and some vit+coupons, doesn't seem a correct compensation.
On weekends most servers can bring down 3 of their evil spirits --> people make way more than just 2M..

If you guys really want to give a compensation either give one that BENEFITS us or give us the amount of coins we made yesterday.
If you can't retrieve that information from your databank I would suggest that you hand out coins according to the players lvl.
This may be a good deal for lvl40 guys who can't acquire 2m out of ES on a regular day, but ppl who are lvl60+ get more than 2m easily..

in week im at work for evil spirit event so i can go to it only on weekends and now even that is immposible and im almost 70 so it will be a big loos for me cos fortify and other stuff cost so much already and there is no good way to earn silver here at my lvl 10mil silver or more that is just nothing it goes down too fast then u can earn so this compensation they talking about isn't fair for us vip players cos actually we are the ones who keep game running
