you need lvl 10 reiatsu for shikai, 15 for bankai and 5 lvls for every bankai level after (at least from what i've been able to test out with reiatsu lvl 20)

yeah lvl 15 for bankai there is also a hogu-bankai lvl after bankai it need another higher lvl reiatsu(dont know how much)

for what i have read u need lvl 40 reiatsu for hogu

You need after bankai Reiatsu (15) for the last state level 40 Reiatsu.

and the pictures...are just other looking shikai style.

Im at lvl 15 reiatsu but it shows the next level is "Shikai" of zanpakuto not Bankai, why is that ?

You have to upgrade your Zanpakuto from original to Shikai first, then you can get Bankai.

For bankai its level 18 mine is 16 I don't got bankai thing yet so its 18 I think
