Depends what you see as dying.
New servers are still crowded with new people. Players still top up regularly and more than enough to keep the servers running.
New systems are still being developed so this game could run for years at this point.

Yep. Koga's mods are pretty neat as fuck. especially if you use him with Swp upgraded Nel with her suicide mid. those two have a sick combo and only those who spend a shit ton of money will be able to hit you. other people will barely touch you if you have dodge maxed on all partners.

His damage is neat and skills every round.

So he's isn't bad at all.
