i have also lost all my crystals, i was 5 crystals short of buying the 5k box from event, i know its not alot but im not happy tbh, i only started the other day and a major bug like this happening after maintanece doesnt fill me with hope about this game

I have the same problem, as it has become the server running the EU45 to be exact, and after killing some enemies, get some ice crystals, to check, I saw that he was only 19, when yesterday, had almost 8,000 ice crystals. I hope to return to recover the amount they had yesterday, along with ice crystals 19 today

Instances is the place you farming mats for equipments, not the normal map.

The best part of this fiasco is last time they didint fix the "soul hunt bug" because they didint "Work" on a sunday.

The team just did the maintenance , gave a solution "Do instance once and u will get crystals back" and then promptly left. They didint wait for feedback if the solution actually worked or to see if any other bugs cropped up.

For example : Currently along with the crystal event reset even the treasure map event has been reset. ( noone complained because the impact is less ).

This reeks of incompetence.

that is not the case. i done various auto battles, manually and auto done instances, manually done normal battles, done alliance battles, etc etc.

Been on since 20minutes after server came up. Guess what. Still not refreshed

Because they come in on Sunday to do it, due to time change, as they will for NA next week when our's changes.

Soul Hunt also was fixed and people compensated. If you didn't like the compensation, tough. Better than nothing.

No it's called fixes don't always work for everyone and if they don't fix it, that will be the same thing as them stealing from everyone that invested money into the 3? events. Because it effect espada treasure chest and the dice one too.

Obviously it is bugged, and there is nothing I can do about it. I can't contact them, it's 5:30am where they are, they are asleep I'd imagine. People need to be patient, they will get their rewards, EVEN IF EVENT ENDS. They aren't going to screw anyone over. Let them get a full day of working on it please.

They also have server mergers to do when they get in as well, so they got a FULL plate of shit to do.

PLEASE BE PATIENT PEOPLE. YOU WILL GET YOUR STUFF.

To be fair, they should not even think about doing server mergers whilst they got this issue to deal with, all it will likely do is increase hostility towards them as well as possibly create more problems and/or technical difficulties.

Tried everything to get my crystals back, cost me a bunch of coupons. Now i be lucky to be in the top 20 instead of 8k clear in first... was even thinking of breaking my self set rule and getting hyroinmaru but that is out now for sure as i can not take the risk

Given the lack of communication from them, i got no faith currently in this being corrected in the right manner however I know what steps I will take if that is the case. Sure I will lose my account if i took them steps but that is something I am willing to do if i have too because if this isnt fixed correctly and promptly I can not have faith that my investment is protected (ie they not giving the service that been paid for)

They will fix all of this, and we want mergers, been waiting for a month. They can fix this and compensate people or whatever, but it better not delay mergers, or it's going to upset many more people than this ever did, as those who are mad about this will get their rewards and compensation, they are just impatient.

Using capitals for an entire post is deemed bad use. In every day writing do you do everything in that manner? Outside of forms that need to be scan read by computers you rarely have reason to do so. It bad etiquette and a pain to read.

And Like you Robenator, I had about 300 or so vitality to use ... now infact ... but can't.
If they got sense, what they will do is just combine the 2 tables. Use that as the results. And then compensate everyone.

I was told EU will receive compensation. I made a suggestion that 2m silver and 50 coupons will not cut it this time, and they agree.

I do not know what will be compensated and how it will work. We all got to wait and see and go from there.

I just got a compensation for the maintenance going wrong, but does that also include the compensation for the event itself that was messed up?

So, the server was out the entire night, morning and afternoon so we couldn't play, we missed evil spirits where I get at least 10m+ silver and decent exp then there's a bugged event that fucks u over like 6 times in a row and magically dissappears an hour before its supposed to so you end up being rank 5846308585 not that u can take the rewards for it anyways and you get 3m silver and 150 coupons as compensation....

Seems to see if Hong kong law agree this.

For me people who spend gold in event with no other compensation :it's a rob ... Just a rob. I have read the official law of the game, and in a lot of county some clause are abusive. Time to check in honk kong.

If in few hour they don't send back all reward people must have for event. I think they could have a lot of problem.

1) loose player (who want continue tu play to the game after this ?)
2) A lot of opposition on paiement.
3) Problem with law.

If you can't solve the problem , send true compensation : give to each people the maximum of the event (BP and dice)+ 2 day of vita + silver and xp like they mak maximum in each event of the day. Send back all gold/cupon use for event.

Next time when you make an update try on test server before do it on commercial server, and never make it during event (suspend event 24H tie to update maybe, or mae event with no cumulative score for update day).
