hi im on server 5 character Yado Sho. i topped up for the rebate one, with 10 minutes left to go. now i know it says it stopped calculating with 5 minutes left. but i was well in the time frame. i feel like i was robbed from the first place for what seems to be a lag error with the timer. i topped up for 8000 gold and it showed me having 9200 for a total. but i was not ables to move up from my 7th place finish. it ranked me with 1200 gold. im a little aggervated cause this is not the first time events have messed up and cost me, dont know if there is anything you can do. if so id appreciate it.

won't help, but that's unfortunately a known issue by those using offgamers...

to recharge you have 2 options :
Gate2Shop or Offgamers
Gate2Shop => working very well and no delays
Offgamers => lots are experiencing delays between payment and credit on your account (enough to suck UC for instance)

that wasnt the delay im talking bout, it credit to my account instantly, the even showed me haveing 9600 but it never counted in the ranking. i dont have an issue with the pay system i have an issue with a bug in the timer of the event. whats the point of having a forum issue page if gogames wont respond

forum is a place for players only, GG's staff has probably never read any post...
could be that your last top-up was too late then?
if by any chance you made a print-screen, then you can take your chance and email to support... tho you shouldn't expect too much from them (not even a reply)

if the forum is only for player then why would it be under the bug & tech support and in game bugs. that makes no sense
