shin kensei or yama

is it worth it to get shin. kensei from upb when i have yama ? on pvp or pve battles.  my team is main lvl.133,unohana kenpachi lvl126(the strongest),yama lvl130, ukitake lvl 112(2nd skills) and hollow ichi. zanp  Zangetsu   
and i´m F2P with VIP3

that ruins all the glory of being a strong F2P.   a strong F2P can't use Noza, thus making a #GodStarrk the best you can muster...  and you can't have Res Ulquorria, or CSB Byaukua, so that's why Yama gets so much love now...  and yes, you really can get CSB Byaukua and Shura Kenpachi...  but it will take years of hard work...  that is what makes UBP a gift to F2P.  If your account hasn't been topped up on, there are so many things you can't do...  skip battle, equipment cooldown time, shini welfare, most partners, zanpactos, equipment, protection stones, ect...  If you inheret a P2W account, none of these limitations apply to you, making it less impressive if your super strong...  of course this is my opinion, but on a VIP account, you should be ashamed if your claiming F2P status

f2p stays with account, otherwise your power isn't f2p     strong f2p account is only impressive because F2P means VIP0
