SKensei better than Isshin?

Is Kensei better than Isshin combo wise? I've just got him in UBP but he doesn't seem to raise my dmg in pve.

If you didn't get him for PVP then it was kind of a waste to be honest, the character is made for PVP really :/

He's only great in PVE if your team surrounds an assaulter based PVE formation, whilst also being an upgrade to your team in everyway possible (In this case, beating Isshin in every way possible), which he does, but you have Isshin don't you, you might aswell have kept on to him

but yeah skill wise Kensei combo's less than Isshin. But if you up Kensei's bonds and evo etc. he will get much higher natural combo rate than Isshin, but his skill will always stay 5% lower than Isshin's ofc ^^

Combo wise, isshin is 5% better, you can plainly see that in skill description along with the fact that isshin has better skill damage. Kenseihas better stats, mods and evos better, and regens own fury by 100. If you just got Kensei and your comparing him to a higher level, evoed and modded Isshin with sc levels, and the plethora of stuff you can upgrade, of course Kensei will not raise your damage yet. Plus Kensei also crushes isshin in PVP
