Im not sure that this is a bug but not all of acceptable tasks appear on Available Task Menu only if you press on map side Task then go to Acceptable Tasks press +Sub Tasks an you will find tasks that dont appear on Available ones in First visual menu.
Secound: If you have 1 quest in menu to accept on Available Tasks, even if the quest is writen short and those not need up and down bar to see if it's another quest down it still applears that bar
