the event descriptions were not explanatory enough...and i lost alot of gold for nothing.
i did not know that i will need to open the shells to get the items i selected in the right side of it. and so i refreshed the shells an basically lost alot of chances to get stones.
plz explain what i need to do to get those stones back.
i dont mind to top-up to coves the measly 144 gold shells open...

First time i tried the event, i selected Lv10 stones, hit confirm, open all..got shit... sent angry email to support. their reply was simple (the instructions i sent prior to this), and pretty much a pat on the back and a "sorry for your luck". I can look and see if I have the actual email......

I don't think you can do anything about it now, usually this event is best paired with Joint Task..

Not sure if these 2 events run along side eachother anymore though.
When I started a year ago they did and I managed to get both Isshin and Shinso Gin for 20k gold total and some stones on top of that ( w/ alil' gold to spare ).

(Note: Couldn't get either White Ichigo or Shinso Gin through other means back then).

Anyways, sorry about ze' loss ;s Unless someone knew something I didn't.

1- select the goods you want
2- confirm using button
3- refresh (10g)
4- open all (99 first try, 144 second try)
5- loot is in your backpack

*once you follow those instructions you get whatever you selected as well as whatever was under remaining shells.
the shells do NOT open like if you selected them one by one.

yes... it didnt say in the description i need to open shells to get the items from the shelves.
i was under the impression that i get the item from the shelve to my backpack and use the point.
i honestly want to fix this problem, so if gogames can rollback my account to the time before the event it will solve it. as i spent around 24k gold..it's a very big hit for me.

plz help
