How can I get hogu convert talisman?

i can see how it could happen, but i still can't drop isshin  especially when i can make him red or maybe even orange,  ya know?

Its hard to make you belive how bad isshin and kensei are now , one of the guys in my server changed isshin for tavern ishida and his dmg was way better with x300
from reincarnation . And soon with tavern advancediff will get bigger

I'm quite sure my party is my endgame party, aside from the fact that I will upgrade Shin Kenny to Noza ASAPalso, having B Renji and Shura is not optimal, having Isshin or Shini Kensei would be best improvment over Shura for your party IMO, having Renji combo hard is for sure amazing...  he hits like a dump truck on the freeway, lol

im still using formation similar to yours with shura and BR but i will replace shura  
and cute orehime  .
Doing evolution on your current  partners (except shinso gin )  is not worth and your crit rate for ES is very low at least u can improve that .

Ultima Aizen is for sure a great partner...  but...  Noza wins IMO, plus with that much work into a partner, to only have him good for PVP is kind of a slap in the face IMO...  so much time and effort, and a pre-requisite of VIP6...   personally i'm working for noza...  already have pan grim and first stage ulquorria for bond (still need 600 more ulqorria coupons for next form, and 1200 more Kenpachi coupons to upgrade to noza, but i average 30 coupons a day and am only level 116, so i should have him sitting nice by level 125)   and just to show what I'm working with in PVE, main sucks so no pic there, lol
