ehh, there is no "best vanguard", there is just good vanguards that depends what you want them to do
TSI offensive vanguard but only by his skill (I mean he has no block rate) , he needs speed and he's same as an assaulter in the wrong place
Noza is offensive too but he can be stunned (or any cc that prevents him from doing his skill) it doesnt really matters because he has the highest passive block rate (not like the shitty Ikkaku who needs to skill to get his block rate)
Sexy Kukaku isn't offensive, she's a tank with huge HP recovery (and boobs)

So it's up to you to see what u want

if your support heavy, Soph Rangiku is nice because she adds extra regen on vang and supports
If you stack his block, Noza can be damn near unstopable as block damage can't be stopped
TSI can block decently, and with his 4th? mod regens lots of health half the time he's hit, helping a shitload and he hits like a truck (AOE)
Sexy K is a defensive powerhouse and helps boost kido def on whole party with a mod i believe
Starrk is no doubt the best F2P offensive vang, if you stack him right, he's very nice, but sadly, I wouldn't call him the best
I don't believe with who your looking at, anyone else could beat them... hell, some would say the best vang is no vang preferring a 0-3-2 or a 0-2-3 formation

hope this helps, there is no best for all parties, but there is a best for every party

At this stage I'd say kukaku for the following reasons:

1- even if she is CC'd she's still useful with her def mod
2- the game is all about support
3- her compatability with every formation is rather high
4- she can be defensive and can carry the team at the same time
5- meta
6- mods > skills (in Vg case)
7- she's hot

I don't believe any vang is immune to ALL of these, and for Noza, i believe you can still block with any or all of these status effects and that is what makes Noza even close to competing in this league, plus CCing Noza accually hurts you, because that stops his fossilize BS

unless your stacking for a GodStarrk, H Ichi is for sure the best tavern vang, he hits nearly as hard as Starrk, he defends nearly as well as Sajin, and he's a very well rounded vanguard on every front... for 95% of players that use tavern partners, H ichi is the best choice they have, regardless of zanpacto

Kukaku hands down. Her overall tankiness + her def mod to support others is simply too good to pass up. Personally I dont really see a point in offensive vanguards, atleast not these days with support meta, noza isnt bad with his high % skill and selfbuff because you can nicely use him in ryoka and that block is nasty as hell if you stack him well enough, but TSI isnt tanky enough to last long. And if I wanted high aoe dmg I would rather get Yhwach instead and get a proper defensive vanguard.

Tsi is the best vang for pvp,pve no place to argue.
Ichibei and kukaku are bugs next to him and
thats why he is worth more gold than them.
Bambietta price will drop soon but tsi is still holding for a reason.

Agree! Seinen Byakuya is the best vanguard on the game so far! But is too damn hard to get him, takes almost 3 years to get him!

if your team attacks first with RJ and have a stacked Sexy Kukaku, you're unstopable in PVP =D
TSI can be used for both PVP and PVE, his exclusive skill increases his own fury by 100 every turn =DNozarashi if you have lots of time to invest at Hueco Mundo and he's a block god.

there are meny factors that come in to play here to even make a decision fair.
but here we go
NOZA, great vanguard block is incredible but really only a HUGE deal en paired with hyorin which screws you in the assaulter catagory also kinda the support with no damage bonus.
TSI, great vanguard with great mods but his health back mod is to unpredictible to depend on, and WITHOUT teir 1 fury and lack of speed his fury skills buffs usually dont come into play until its too late
SEXY KUKKAKU, good vanguard her stats are balanced she has good mods for herself and adds to the supports but its only KIDO defense which is and or was cool until the power assaulters came in to play such as HVI MUKEN B YAMA..... adn since because of speed being such an important factor in the game alot of people have chosen 0-2-3 formation which helps with the kido defense situation
but in this situation my current team is Gerard yellow yama Kokuto hiki jakka... and i have found that gerard 40% def mod and kokuto 40% def mod along with jakka 150% def buff makes for a pretty solid defense against Muken for a few rounds at least

but out of the 3 vanguards listed in the poll i would have to say
Sexy kukkaku wins all around
noza+hyorn is you wanna attempt to live forever with jsut noza but then you may fight the fossilize grid lock
tsi last very good but last due to unpredictibility and mostly attacking and in my opinion him and his stats are out dated for the level of character TSI shold be

Me i prefer Bankai Kenpachi is opposite than Valkyrie

His not very slow

Increase Attack with skill and bond, decrease def with skill

And 50% chance fury reduc and fury immune

After he has a lot of strengh (for zanpakuto Attack)

Bankai kenpachi all in, Valkyrie more Def (I counter valkyrie with main skill decrease heal for 4 round...)

But it's not the question, i prefer sexy kukkaku for his def, on muken i love it
