So i tried everything... Downloaded a new browser, updated Adobe Flash Reader, backed my PC and i still get black screen, help me?

I have the same problem. I didnt do anything, just reload a game. I think, the problem is on the other side ...

Same on server EU50
If you highlight the top of the black screen, this appears:      "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /data/htdocs/bleach/api/class/client.php on line 52"

apparently this happens only on EU server. I open my US server and it works perfectly fine

Same issue on EU40. It probably does not depend off the game server. And same message :
"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /data/htdocs/bleach/api/class/client.php on line 52".

I have try with both firefox and safari and I have also try to clean my cache. When I have connect this morning, it was working and suddenly it froze. It try to reconnect and then black screen.

Good job. maintenance for so long hours. Problem came again from previous blackscreen issue.. lol. Lets wait and see what our administrator would say about this.

Problems are with EU servers only. US servers are working fine. EU41 just went black to me when coming back from soul hunt.

lol no give revards on BP ivent and now good gift black monitor! so very cool on EU servers! (US servers work normal, and have long received awards)
maybe EU servers designed to test the game? and the people that play there and for people not considered?

well at this time it feels like browser games make cash and provides service to ppl but is above law and can pretty much screw us over all they want as long as we keep playing
coming from a guy who got 1st place in BP event due to the bug but dunno if any1 will get prize or play time at this rate

this weeks is the WORST week ever since I start playing this.This is the only problems I've had this last week
1) maintenance took really long time
2) miss ES daily event
3) the BP and Dice event reset leaving all players i EU server enraged including me
4) the rewards from the BP event all messes up
5) now the black screen issue comes again (it's been about a month since i got one)
6) where's the US74 server? and why is it in the EU server section's? I can't even open it

now I've been wondering if there's another problems going to happen again

Because we get this -> "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /data/htdocs/bleach/api/class/client.php on line 52" i assume there is a problem with server 52 on the EU server. Right now on server 52 we have a US74 server.

I'm not sure but that could be the problem.

im no expert but that line of code cant be the only problem there is its most likely just an excuse to shut the servers down while fixing the bp event or something so it will be like a few hours again before things are up and running

A single line of code not working can break everything. However, for the line to suddenly cause issues without being changed shouldn't happen. Something has happened on their end, intentionally or not.

ye but putting end phrase wrong and for it to take longer than 2min to realize then that aint the issue herei believe that they are hunting up the ranking list on bp event

Has anyone actually contacted support about it? It probably was an error when they were doing something to try and fix BP event rewards (hence why only EU servers). If they needed to take them down properly I think they just would put up a maint instead of doing something like this.

are u really that chocked by the way things are handled here? just crashing the game without notice thinking this will be over in a jiffy, and no info as usual when things go south.

i suspect they have lost earlier ranks and have to restart event or make up new ranks maybe give back some gold

a new bug again...... and hey this is  even  not maintenance like before..... this game going better day after day.....

next time maybe whole crash and all data player disappear and we must play from beginning again with no compesation of money we spend in it....

I've already giving up in contacting the support through mail about everything, they didn't reply and some of my mails didn't even get delivered to the email address

I tried all available browsers, different computers with different Systems... just black screen.
Also problems with events on crystals... i could be first, and after reseting i could be first again, if event dont end hour before it was said :-(
I really liked this game, i invest real money to it... but it is worse and worse :-(
