Because management won't hire anyone else for some reason. Support is just as frustrated, trust me.

So please keep this in mind when people rage about different issues with support. They do what they can.

What item is that? Was you expecting a box or something?
The level 4 str stone should be in your spirit stone bag.

The 5 golden reishi go to tavern.

The x2 silver cards should be in main inventory, only 2 of them.

The x5 rei pills will also be in main bag. Only 5 of them, so last 2 items may have went unnoticed.
