Hi Guys,

I just wanted to make a poll on the Gold Reishi acquisiton rate.

I have heard that the acquisition rate of gold reishi changes according to the tavern level you are playing in for Example lv 80 gives more than lv 70 for the same silver.
I am currently lv 78 and have enough silver for a gold partner ( Sajin to be specific ) , but if i can save silver at lv 80 i would prefer to roll on him at that level.
Also i have no problems with a tank atm im using sado and i have cleared espada 4 , 3 seems too strong for my bp.

So what do you guys think?

it depends all luck but most people say w8 for 80 but i dont say it same for 90 tavern its just like 70tavern high possiblity to get low gold reishi at 90 tavern...

Yea, you can wait.

but if you're gonna take more than a week to level 80then Do it now, start leveling your new VG

Its going to take me 2 days to level to 80. Also I have lots of exp scrolls saved up so leveling Sajin once i have him in general is not going to be an issue.

I only wanted to know if 80 really gave more reishi than 70 and what the general consensus was on this topic.

yeah lv80 give more reishi, and the chance to win is higher too (at least for me)

It's not, it's just luck. It's all rng, sometimes you may get 50+ 3 times in a row, or less than 10 in a row.

dunno i really think that high lv tavern have better win rate but the reishi diference isnt a lot high ex: at lv80 with luck you can get 4,6,6 so if you win all you can get 16, so the max of lv80 is 16 reiishi at 1 try, but lv90 max is 14, and lv100 the max is 13 so even with best win rate you can get almost the same reishi than lv80 at lv110 and still depend on luck

to me i have better luck at lv90 tavern

Yes it'all luck sadly. It may seem like you get better runs, but do it enough and you'll see. I don't know if anyone has done tavern more than me, being lvl 109, having over 7k reishi sitting on me right now, as well as having a lot of other gold partners such as Yoruichi, Sajin, Ikkaku, Urahara, Kenpachi, Unohana, Gin, Starrk, and in a day or so, have enough to get Masked Ichigo and Aizen, with Ishida to go perhaps if I still want him. That's 18,400 gold reishi. That's not counting the thousands of gold reishi I got for well over a thousand Large EXP books

So I've had well over 20,000 gold reishi and still going :p Trust me it's ALL luck and random.

Thanks for the input , If you could maybe log the reishi you get the next time you auto janken it would be very useful since you seem to do it a lot.

We can conculde its random but after a lot of tries it should even out and give us a definate result.

Just spent 40m silver here is how the results ended per 10m

1st 10m - 175 gold reishi

2nd 10m - 161 gold reishi

3rd 10m - 176 gold reishi

4th 10m - 154 gold reishi

That was using the lvl 80 tavern.

I did one 10m on 90 tavern

5th 10m - 158 gold reishi

So, seems like Lv80 and Lv90 Tavern doesn't offer much difference , but we would need more testing for the Lv90 one.

I see, maybe it is just me, but sometimes Auto gives really bad results like 10~15 reishi an auto run, thus i tend to manually do it, seems to have better average generation, or so it is for me.

yep definitly wait, don't know how much reishi you have if less than 1k wait till lvl80, example i used lvl70 janken on auto janken my average was 20, at lvl80 autojanken was 35-35

it seems there is a difference between US ans Eu servers.
on Eu we can do only 3m silvers to get 35 golden reishi. so 9m will be 105 golden reishi

that s very low compared to 10m -> 160 reishi.....

auto lvl 90 is greater most of them 40+ till 50+ each play, lvl 80 janken 20-30 each.

Well after hitting level 90 I can 100% say it's muuuuch better than lvl 80 tavern. Just check the thread about it and see the results.

I got a great formula to do Reishi gathering..
It works like this. Only do 4 attempts at a time.

1st turn - I go and normally get 3-4 reishi
2nd turn - Get the wife to do it. She normally wins all 3 rounds ;D
3rd run - I go and get 7-8reishi
4th run - Wife again - wins all 3 rounds.

Worked the past 4 nights so just using that for now. lol

Ugh, exponential cost models need to die in a fire.

1000 gold reishi when you earn so little and purple partners only cost 200 purple reishi is unreasonable per se.

In my experience level 100 janken has a higher acquisition rate of gold reishi than level 80.
The higher the level in the tavern you'll do janken the higher the acquisition rate.

Well this definitely doesnt apply to me or I got some seriously bad luck since I reached lvl 100.. When I was lvl 90-99, I got quite a bit, I would say average around 25-27 for 3mil... now since I am lvl 100 it sucks horribly... at the latest janken available to me, 90% of time I got 7-20..

gold reishi may be common in small amounts, but the amount needed is astronomical.
