I play on 5EU server, and won first place at the event, so why do I still have 3 days later did not receive his reward?

aside from title and stones.. did u recieve other rewards like silvers from mail? players in my server got something like that but didnt recieve any titles yet

it's pretty annoying because i spent 4k gold to reach 2nd place, and i can't use my title yet so it's a major set back i could of used that gold to just get spirit stones and be in a good spot

Do you have any guess's on why it's taking so long, are they working on something in specific that they decided to put this on the sides till this is over or something ?

I'm on EU 29 and first place winner didnt get his title or anything and no one else got their rewards either. Support page is broken for me for some reason.

sounds like forgot about it, *itches.

US servers got there reward so all Us players take this situation quite easy.
And dont give a *uck about EU losers.
And it's sad.

I think that they are having to manually send out the titles. I am guessing they also need to combine the table scores to decide the winner but cant be sure.

They are sending top 3 awards out at least, but dont know how they deciding the order of servers for it. EU25 has got the 1st and 2nd place awards given out. Havent seen the 3rd place one yet but that was really close battle. Before the reset of crystals. 1st) 6k ahead of 2nd, 2nd) 2k ahead of 3rd, 3rd) kept swapping between 2 people and was never more then 150crystals apart.

opening new servers , and forgetting about whats matters is sad , at least they can announce that they are working on it and not ignoring people.

and the support ain't even replying the e-mail , which is frustrating.

Well, they want more money, and do not want to do anything for players...
correct errors? But why !? better, we will open a new server!
