Dear Gogame,

With the Eu Server Daylight Savings Time, you made some mistakes. That can happen to everyone, but at least take responsibility of it.
We do know that the game is free to play but it is a Pay to win, so there are people who spend money on this game to have some results.
As the result you have some DUTY regarding thoses people.

We do not know what s going on, and people just get mad because of the NO answer from you about this matter (support as well don t give any answer). is that to difficult to right a post on the Forum ???
or it s only TRICHERY you don t give a damn thing about Eu Servers (maybe they don t spend enough CASH into the game ???)

I just want to Have what i have paid for and i know that is possible because some people on the Eu server get their reward (even on my own server).
I m on the server Eu 26 Wis Hatake otherwise you may lose a good cash player here................

Charly the admin has the time to answer for few questions but not time to answer us for the rewards from BP event..

he shows us support doesn't care of us ...

some of us still did not receive Ultimate BP event reward and you want Halloween reward, keep dreaming my friend, I think they want to give this rewards as presents for Christmas....

+1, im agree with you, nothing is done to keep player on EU server, 5 top 1 loose since the beginning on EU S8, 2 major event with no final reward, 2 huge titles under my noz. After the first event 2 top player left the game. I WANT MY TITLE AND HIS BOOST!!! i got screenshot this time to prove it!

they have the ultimate ace my friends , that green card for incompetence , "server is running under beta version, by buying gold , participate at events blabla you agree to TOS" same old stuff , 0 respect for players

Even though its in beta and even though we agree to ToS, EU AND US internet laws protect us. Those laws overide the ToS we agree to. In this case it does not really matter if they give the titles or not (because you pay for gold - how you spend it is up to you) but if they slip up with something else (which im patiently waiting for) then they will most likely be liquidated (if people actually stand up for their rights and take action).

Well isnt this just great... After trying to send my reply it says incorrect information cant be sent lmao!
~ EDIT ~ guess we arent allowed to exploit the truth or mention anything with regards to internet laws o_O wonder what they want to hide
