Vanguard
Assaulter
Support ?

VG>> STR WIS BLOCK STAM
AS>> STR AGI CRIT HIT , some WIS or STAM
SUP>> WIS AGI CRIT HIT, some STR or STAM

For vanguard it's best to either do Block/Stamina or Dodge/stamina granted Str and Wisdom are good for keeping them alive as well.
Strength and wisdom reduce the damage taken for vanguards Block allows you to cut the damage in half and guarantee a counter attack Strength is more needed in this case because counter will then do damage. Dodge allows you to prevent the enemy from gaining fury and completely nullifying the damage Yachiru is a dodger.

Assaulter as far as Refining goes Hit is almost a must then Str, Agi, and Crit are good secondaries.
Hit is needed to counter Vanguards that have insanely high dodge because if you can't hit them you can't build fury to use your skills that might target Assaulters and Supports. Agility allows you to go first which is needed in those close fights.

Support can focus on Agility and Crit with secondary in Hit and Wisdom.
Agility is needed for all situations where you should be healing at the start of the round instead of the end. Crit allows all support abilties to crit. Fury boost and heals included. Wisdom boosts the power of heals and is the source of damage so yea.

maybe you dont understand the question bro, he said refine, you cant get break def or counter by refine, on topic well IMO sta and str are must have for vg dodge, block or wis optional, assaulters str/wis and agi must crit or hit maybe both optional, support wis and agi must crit or hit optional.

i just wasnt sure if the 2 you mentioned were in refine, still new at the game just wanted to make sure i was on the right path to setting up my recruits right. And thanks
