Im pretty sure i know why you dont give us our rewards from ubp.
I dont know if on other servers happened that but on eu07 at last day of event after maintenance we could get all over again our chests from ubp,it was a bug or not its your problem gogames,you didnt say anything about it !!!
So i believe because we abused your bug you dont give us titles and rewards,well its your prboem and you had to say it to us so know i believe you must give us our title and rewards,i didnt pay for nothing to become 2nd in the ubp and take nothing,no title,no stones,nothing.
