Which is good to take first? Reiatsu (My current level now is 31) Or Kisuke?

If your formation wont get a major upgrade with Kisuke, I say go for reiatsu. But if your reiatsu isn't too far from off from the rest, and your formation will greatly benefit from Kisuke then I say go with Kisuke.

Reiatsu until lv40 is probably the better choice.

for your lvl reiatsu at least to lvl35 to get zabimaru it will give you a big push for pve i guess you way pass the other requierment lvl9 captain

After that go for partner i would suggest ikkaku first

hmm, I am the same situation , for now I am lvl 76, I have Sajin, don't know what to do next, maximize dmg to get more silver that means to upgrade reiatsu and get Zabimaru or recruit Ikkaku (Pvp) or Yoruichi (Pvm)

I'd say again go for zabimaru first and rei at lvl40 since you can upgrade both you kazeshini and zabimaru to hogyo kai lvl which give you extre 5-10k push in BP

Zabi is a must for free and even vip players, it'll help earn more silver form events to finance recruiting partners.

Personnally i'll go for ikkaku first again for pve perposes (ryoka and evil) he's also good for arena

At some point you'll need yoru specially for the hollow map since she's the one who helped me finish espada 3 team. Apart from that she's pretty useless, well for arena she can stun supp but who cares now with the 10th skill, battles finish after 2 rounds

Again go for reiatsu first, people have the tendency to underestimate reiatsu;

Kisuke simply because he will bring you more income from ryoka event

which in turn will generate more silver and in turn extra silver goes into REI

Got 69 now.
Currently run with Chado/Main+renji/momo+Inoue
On 70 I'm planning to get Komamura first. But then what?
For pve I'm switching Inoue to Rukia.

The problems are:
Low VG dmg
Low Momo's fury atk dmg rate

Any suggestions for vip 0?
maybe use lol_ichigo_80%_dmg instead of Chado/Koma?

yep go for ichigo instead and drop your dodge stones when evil and ryoka

Now ichigo is useless for me since koma when reach lvl70 do more dmg than him, the problem of ichigo is the gear can't put the same blade you use on vg,, so prepare a blade for him

I know right? But it is normal since my koma has 10 lvl diff with ichigo, basically ichigo become useless after lvl70 and hard to gear since most of time you give the old gear of your main to another partner, with ichigo if you're not a quincy user can't do it
