Hi, so today I joined a new server and Recharged 10k gold, in the form of an 8k and 2k Top-up. This is being posted still on day 1 (29/9/2016) of EU S398, mysterious puzzle says "Top-up 1 Gold = 1 Point" my 10k Gold turned into 1,400 points, which means I miss out on getting Kenpachi or Yoruichi partners. I have not spent any of the points from Mysterious Puzzel either, I currently have 1,400 which is what i got while topping up.

Ultimate Charge counted all of my Top-up as did Espada Treasure Chest.

can I please either get the points or atleast get 1 of the partners as there is something clearly wrong.

If you claimed all the puzzle pieces, that is 8600 points you spent for them. That plus the 1400 would be your 10k points.

Yes, hahahaha, the mystery puzzles are not worth it. Better just claim stuff from the awards instead with your points
