-No Ultimate BP reward (only some people have receive , and i don't speak about title but spirit stone)

Dear Players,
To provide you with a more enjoyable gaming experience and to provide more competition, we’re going to Merge Servers on Wednesday, Nov 5, 2014 at 0 AM Server time for estimated 4 hours. During this time, the server will be down and you cannot play the game.The servers that will be merged are as followed:
EU Servers:
EU S2 - S4
EU S5 - S7
EU S8 - S11
EU S12 - S15
EU S16 - S19
EU S20 - S21
EU S22 - S23
EU S25 - S27
EU S28 - S30
EU S31 - S33
EU S34 - S36
EU S37 - S38
EU S39 - S40
1. Log-in Rules
a. For the first time when a player logs onto the new server, the system will check if his/her character name was duplicated, if so, the player will be asked to change his/her character name based on the log-in sequence between/among the characters with same name.
b. If a player has multiple characters in the merged servers, the data won’t be removed or covered after server merger, instead, the player can select the character s/he wants to continue with by logging in the original server.
For example: Server #1 – Server #5 are merged and Player A has characters on both Server #2 and Server #5. He can continue with the Server #2 character by selecting “S2” when logging in, so does his/her Server #5 character.
2. Arena Ranking Rules
The Arena Ranking will reset based on the log-in sequence of the players instead of basing on Battle Power, also, the winning streak for Arena Battles will reset after server mergers.
3. Seireitei Protection Rules
After server mergers, the winner of the first Guild War will be the defending guild of Seireitei.

no longer then 4 hrs with that update thanks. also tell the person whose chosing which servers to look more closely at them next time, he/she/it pretty much did a bad job with this one and could of been better.

I didn't receive for ultimate BP and halloween ... No merge . Server often offline ... Charlie Just can you stop to try to make update and make a true post to explain to people why you have problem with EU server ? And send ALL reward you forget, and maybe a true compensation for all your problem (like 2K gold ,and i write gold to all player ?)

Wow. It really happened again? Or is everyone just paranoid and can't wait a day for system to calculate the rankings in the Halloween event? I'm guessing they still doing their "best" to figure out rewards for the Ultimate BP event few weeks back. Hopefully system will actually hand out rewards by itself. Only had to lit up 47 lights and probably used 700-800 gold on gold lighting to reach rank 1 though so no complaints there. Just the wait.

Event titles are all 29 days, as they provide a HUGE stat bonus. Like these give 2200 increase to stats to the VIP title which gives like 400 increase (or 300 i forget)

Hope is harmless, as long as a person doesn't get fixated on falsehood.
Hope can create joy and make a person strong in tough times. Makes it a little easier to take the punch if we dont get the title and look back after quiting that at least we had fun with our friends while it lasted xD

Are you going to compenate the EU servers for the bugged "Lit Event" that happened in the halloween event? We did not get proper rewards and lost x30 lv3 spirit stone boxes, x10 hogu talismans and x100 gold reishi on EU1 atleast, not to mention the other servers aswell.

I just wanted to complain ... I dont want the merge... I have to do with it, so, I didnt say anything, but since the first day people ask for merge, I dont want it...
When we hear about merge coming soon, I was just thinking "Well, sad, but I can't do anything, and with one server, why not ?" ... But, really, 4 servers together ?? I'm on server 15, so I need to play with server 12, 13 and 14 ?? ...
... Server 12 is nearly 2 weekds older than our server ... How can we play with people so strong ? Where is the fun ???
I can understand the top up ; you have money you use it right, you're stronger. Ok, it's part of the game, a bit unfair for people who dont have money, but I can understand it, and I dont complain. Everybody can top up, you need money, but in some way, it's fair.
But with merge, I play with people who start the game 2 weeks before ... And nobody complain ?? Where is the fun ?? It's like, in real life, I play sport with a 12 years old girl. I do Tae Kwon Do. Let me fight with a 12y old girl, we will se if it's fair ... But IRL, it's impossible, because nobody let's this happen, because : it's not fair !!
I know what I'm saying wont change anything ... I just wanted to say it, I wanted than somebody saied merge is a bad idea ... I had fun playing this game until now. I top up, probably to much, but I like a game, I use money, I think it's a good way of thinking... But with merge, I just think I dont want to play anymore. I want to stop. Because, if someone top up more than me, I can top up. It's fair. It's equal. We have the same chances. But with a guy who start 2 weeks before, I can't compare. I can't do anything to catch him, i'm late even before I start playing.
It's a fun killer.

Salut Eryn, je comprends ton point de vue mais malheureusement c'est comme ça, j'ai la chance d'être dans le plus anciens des serveurs qui vont fusionner 28-29-30, cependant c'est le serveru 30 où le plus BP se trouve.
Il y a pire encore, les serveurs qui vont fusionner avec le serveru 26 se trouveront contre un mec avec une BP de plus d'un million.

lit event not bug u just need click that icon hallowen twice, the prize is random not always hogu and gold reishi, and its random lvl 3 stones box.

hate to say it but fairness doesnt exist in this game the only ones who really win are those with very deep pockets or are spoiled, so use their partners or parents money and of course the company thats taking their money. dont take that as me complaining though i can understand the need for top up's and funding the servers so they keep going, its just fairness and these games dont go together.

Its not random, i claimed like 3 boxes on US and it always gave 2 hogu, 6 lv3 spirit boxes and 20 reishi.

Maintenance started at 5am server time, its only 07:33 server time atm... Don't know what you are going on about. You can do that after the 4h mark, not now xD

I think that was due to your ranking in the event. Top 50 players (total candles lit) all got rewards. HIgher your ranking, the better stone pack you got.
