The title says it all.

If a male/female ghost blade are based on Kaien and Yoruichi

And Kidos are Ulquiorra and a female arrancar i forgot the name.

Male spirit blade is Shinji so the female was based on?

Female blonde version of Uryu? Or is there any other bleach character who looks like it?

Female Ghost Blade = Yoruichi
Male Kido = Ulquiorra
Female Kido = Nelliel (adult version)
Male Spirit Blade = Ririn/Shinji/
Female Spirit Blade = Ise Nanao

Female Kido is more of Lilynette Gingerbuck i guess, stark's other half

Yeah the eyeglasses, or probably Lisa Yadomaru.

But the audio voice of a female spirit blade always say "Broken Mono" or Broken Moon but nobody in bleach had that skill?
