i've rukia starting with partnet mod, starting fury 70.
however i realized each lv 4 fury stone still gives 4 fury.
Is this a bug or part of the game's mechanics to make us spend more gold?

Not a bug... the equation is:

Base fury+(basefury*furystone value) + mode bonus = new starting fury.

Basically you need to get 30 fury instead of 50 fury. Which actually is a lot easier to do. Especially as it cuts the cost for ALL characters to get 100% starting fury massively.

it depends if Rukia had crit or not (I mean fury crit 45 not her skill crit).

So if she crits u need only 1 lvl 2 fury stone ( 12 % initial fury that would b ~6 fury)
If she does crit you'ld need to have 20 more initial fury, what is around 2 lvl 2 and 2 lvl 1 fury stones.(((((

rukia final mod is onli good for PVE team.

u can use it on a PVP team... but ur rukia will be underpower... but it cuts out even more fury stones needed on ur assaulters...

but i would suggest... havin kisuke n rukia both final mod if u wanna do a fury team wit lesser fury stones.

Getting Rukia faster than mains ect is also a pain in the ass, much easier to do with Urahara. Possible with Rukia but it's gonna cost a lot. Her stats are just to hard to get her speed up, since she can't use gold treasures.

yeah riku u r damm rite... its a super pain for me...

thts y now i took rukia out of my fury team...

onli using kisuke altho u ll need a lil bit more fury stones tho but its much more easier...

my rukia speed went up to like 90k... n i gave up... hics... onli got for pve tho... so when ryoka n ES
i switch back in rukia...

Yeah but for me I got to have her at 150k speed + and that's near impossible.

dont think so, most because gikongan isnt expensive, and you only need silver

so if she does crit, she will add 45 else 30 right?

so in that case if i put a 12% fury stone + 8% fury stone to get 20% fury?

so let me get this straight

main starts with 50 rage, does normal attack, rage becomes 100
if i add the 20% fury, he starts with 50+20=70% or 50+20*50/100=60% rage?

Her crit rate influences only on attack/special ability crit.
Actually fury crit (+45) depends from location of sun, moon and stars, will of God/gods and so on.
It's totally random.skill crit and fury crit are 2 diff things.

And fury stones increase yout initial fury (in another words starting fury), which is 50.
The formula for calculating fury is 50 + (50*initial fury% from stones) + (fury partner mod) =

50+(50*20%)= 60 starting fury on main with 1 lvl 1fury stone and 1 lvl 2 fury stone.

50+(50*20%) + 20= 80 starting fury on Rukia with 4 tier mod + 1 lvl 1fury stone and 1 lvl 2 fury stone.To make tier 4 mod Rukia use hakuren in first round u need 5 (FIVE!!!1) lvl 2 fury stones cuz 50 + (50*12 % initial fury per stone *5) +20 = 50 + 30 + 20.

And dont forget that Rukia's talent isnt agility but crit.
Too make her b the first you need top-lvl spirit forged boots with 20 lvl infuse spirit + ultimate\flawless speed hoguoky + hollow soul from lvl 70 King of hollow souls+ upgraded accesorries(+30/40) and it's all.
I don't count rank bonus, clan passives, etc cuz they are common for all partners.

Sakai is definitely right that making Rukia start the 1st is ... kind of problem.

The conclusion is simple. Formula works in that way you need to spend more gold on fury stones.

yeah... the cheapest way to do Fury is Using Kisuke first n then Rukia... both with final MODS.

i ve done it... n its dirt cheap... i ll not do the maths here coz some other ppl alrd done tht... but i ll gif a summary of how many fury needed in total

kisuke need 40 basic fury stones.  12 12 14 14 14 14
rukia needs 10 basic fury stones.  8 8 8 8 10 10
n the rest of ur assaulters need onli 8 8 8 8 8
for vanguard or another supporter... u ll need 32 basic fury each ... which goes to 12 12 12 12 14 14 ....

i onli use rukia fury for pve... ryoka n spirit... bcoz havin her in formation n goin against uber monsters...
as wat riku said.... gettin her to 150k speed is close to impossible... well i hav to agree wit tht... bcoz... she cant put in gold hogu...
even with all lvl12 agi stones... it will cost more...

so... for PVP... i ve dropped rukia out...

so i ll need ...

well currently i hav Kisuke n 2 more wit 100 fury at start... so it gives me 3 t1 fury at start... its very good n saves $$

instead of puttin 128 fury stones into makin a T1 at start witout Kisuke in it... makes a big diff... coz i onli used 104 fury stones in total.
n if i wanna use a full team fury... its just 168 fury in total... for the price of 1... i can make alot... but theres alwiz a catch... on how to set ur AGI.

Kisuke hav to alwiz move first... thts the RULE. gettin Kisuke to hav 150k agi... riku its not tht hard... i think u can do it too.. so do other monsters around...

i am speakin from exp...

i beat someone wit like 200k bp higher than me...

oh forgot 1 thing about fury crits... yeah... kisuke does gif fury crit ... of 37 instead of 25... but tht doesnt comes all the time...
so does rukia... if not mistaken... rukia gifs 45 fury on crit... compare to the stable 30 to assaulters... n remember Rukia onli buff assaulters fury...

i notice tht... the higher ur crits on them... the higher  they crit their fury... but thts a risk u dun wanna take... for settling lesser n savin a lil bit more...
but of coz... u can try n use the even cheapest way n rely on... kisuke givin 37 fury to all n rukia givin 45 fury to assaulters... n save even more on others fury stones
