Knowing ggames im leaning towards that it is just a bug.. But it is true that we lack many characters like vizards, espada, bringers and few more.

Yeah, I could understand a naming problem due to language translations but the images are different.

The ones with a different picture are the ones you can fight in PVE instances like Alliance Campaigns

I could see him as a vanguard for sure... but not an Orange one, maybe S+ Gold

I found him in Void Region at Void partner

And I think maybe he is Vanguard same as Komamora (dog head shinigami)
