So i have tenjiro and finished getting my last SWP so i was wondering if getting ultima or just go for kenpachi

with a formation like this in which you want to have ultimate
you should have a zanpkauto like zangetsu
else your ultimate will be weak
losing speed and attack

Since you have a very good vanguard-friendly zanpakuto, I can definitely recommend you to go for Nozarashi Kenpachi. With Senbonzakura, a proper-built Kenpachi and a decent assault line up, you can be OP

wait...  let me get this right... your running:
Soph: a very decent vang that love supports
Tenjiro/Ultima: good supports that help a lot
Yama and Ryuken: almost exclusively PVP assaulters
Senbon: a good vang supporting zanpacto that hates supporters

you need some consistancy in your team bro...
If your planning to stick with Senbon, I'd do this...
Noza as vang, MC, Yama, Ryuken as assaulters, and Cute Orihime as support

Orihime isn't there for speed or power, she's there for effect and the neglect she gets from Senbon isn't felt as much as most supports

Senbon and Soph are a bad combo, your boosting your supports, and neglecting them at the same time...  plus you need some PVE going on there Being you have little to no PVE going on, and looking at the partners your using, I'd wager your a little light on stones compared to others in your server.  It's an easy fix tho...
Drop Ryukken (as i'm sure you just got him during this UBP, and Yama is better in PVP) and replace him with a support (1-2-2 is a better setup for most people) and I'd pull Senbon for a zan that shows love to supports as they are really amazing partners.  You will want a few PVE assaulters (Zabimaru Renji, Sexy Yourichi, Tavern Ikkaku, Tavern Kenpachi, Shura Kenpachi, B Renji, ect)  for events, pull your vang and yama, replace them with high damage output assaulters, fury building/damage boosting supports seem to work best for me, so you may want to try them, you want 3 assaulters with good block and no vang in ES especially as 3 blocks get more silver and XP than 1 does.
My pve team looks like this:
Sogyo as Zan
Sexy Yourichi, Shura Kenpachi, MC (8th skill), Shinso Gin, Cute Orihime...  sentergy...  Shinso T1s Cute, Cute T1s the assaulters, buffs their attack and block, Sexy boosts supports attack, Shura kills break def of Ryoka or ES (basically further boosting assaulters block) then the MC makes another assaulter get an extra turn every round...  with no combos (which I usually combo) everyone but my main will skill every round, and with enough crits (prob 70% of the time) my Main does too as i have 3x fury builders that all have high crit rate
for PVP, I remove Sexy for Noza (really Shin Shura Kenpachi...  for now) and Sogyo for either Muramasa or Hyorin depending on what I'm doing.  I'm not worried that Shura kinda sucks in PVP as he still hits hard, has a speed bond with Shinso and Cute, and being I'm running Hyorin usually, any assaulter I put there wouldn't be really used to their fullest...

Think out your team, see what they can do for each other, make sure you aren't neglecting anyone your trying to boost up, and that you aren't boosting up anyone your neglecting, if that makes sense

instead of cute orihime?
my current formation is
vanguard: shin shura kenpachi
assaulters: shinigami kensei,mc and brenji
suppoter: retsu unohana
zanpakuto: senbon
i use unohana to heal my vanguard and assaulters whenever they lose hp

again, Retsu is a good choice there, you want her slower than your foes, so she can heal AFTER they attack. well played good sir... although her heal would be lower than with other zans, so there is that too

her heal is not that low

as she is the only supporter i have
so, all my wisdom stones goes to her
her healing is like 600-800k

okay what if i change my zan to zangetsu and of course i have a pve team it usually runs Kenpachi sexy yoru me(hell flame), kisuke(still need 1 fury stoe to affect an assualt), soph since she doesn't lose any damage with senbon

PVE teams (aside from ryoka after they start to kill off your assaulters after round 2ish) should not have a vanguard, and all your assaulters should have good block as if you can block with 3 partners instead of 1, your damage will go up. Running a 1-3-1 makes this harder, but if you get an extra weapon for a support, and stack up your vanguard with wis stones (kido defense) it could be viable to swap out your soph for cute orihime...
Zangetsu is a great zanpacto, and unless your running a stacked up vanguard, may well be a great choice

with a zan like Senbon, Ultima will just plainly not shine... You should get Noza and replace that Soph(after you upgrade to Noza, as Shin Kenpachi is not a big enough upgrade from Soph to warrent the swap
