all the items in backpack are missing ... example i get something then after I refresh the game it will be gone . please check

i cant enter my character on US S1 so i created on S2 and thats my main character now but the problem now are the items on my backpack .. i cant see the items i loot on mobs.. ex: soul stones and other materials

some times i can see the items in my inventory and when i refresh the game the items are gone...

I am PGM of server 5 and a person told me the same story and let on their acc to check and the items where viewable by me but not him try clearing browser chache

is there anyway to undo purchase of expanding backpack?i misclick the expand backpack and i waste almost 450x2 coupons. Is there anyway i can sell and get the coupons back or undo the purchase?
