i had 109k attack when upgrade then it go back down to 93k i lose that attack power

I just leveled up to 80 and it gave me a notification to go claim ur lvl up gift... when i clicked on it.. it closed on nothing came up and now the Icon for that isn't ever there anymore... help any1?
