I have been playing the ryoka after the merge an see the the round count chain in when the mobs start to hit hard. I think its beause the more people join the lower the ryoka lvl start at. So it was never based upon the round count becasue I counted up to lvl 57 round again at 60 plus people when u get only 39 people the ryoka one shot an round 47.
