Is it possible to change the name of a char ? I was sure he would get my accountname automatically, but now i have some strange random name.

You can't change your name. When choosing your character type, there was a name slot underneath. You can go with the name the game chose randomly for you, or you can put in one of your choosing.

You can try to contact support about it, not like you have anything to lose in trying.
