Stats max limit calculation

I have difficulties understanding how stats max limit is calculated! I find a difference between what my chars have and what some other player in my sevrer have.

For me, it's like this : max = 90 + extra from modification that can surpass 90 limit + stat from evolution

So for Nozara block rate : 90 + 15 + 13.8 (Max Evo) = 118,8 : Max you should get even if you put 6 lv12 stones

And it's what I have.

The problem is why some ppl in my server have 127.9% block rate for nozara? There is no other way to get block. I noticed that these ppl have ful mod, is this a factor?

other priority i have in this moment
im stack for full next lvl set

why no? i dont need it, one day this set will be on max 140lvl
and 4 new set part's and 2 old cyclone have shity look
and Noza is still little kitty, bcs i focus other partner

Nice Noza, but why do u put 6 items of same set ? Do you want speed on your Noza ? why not 2 items of the firelord and 4 of this one to get 16% dmg & immu rate ?

Unfortunately titles can't surpass limits. Only mods, bonds and evo can.

For Noza it's simple, I did it a few days ago :
Noza has : 2% base block rate, it means you only need 88% from your set and stones
Then he has block overcap from mods (15%), evo (13.8%) and bonds (17.2%) which makes his max block rate at 136%
So you only have to work on the 88% from sets and stones; take your calculator, add the block% of your 6 items plus the stones and try to get it at 88
