Get Yama's last mod?

I'd need to inherit at least 3  five(5) star modded partners to get the mod frags for Yama's 7th mod.
I don't have the basic and advanced gikongan for this. I think I have enough silver though. So should I inherit their mods and get that 25% combo for Yama?

how can you inherit with vip0 status ?

well if he cant 1 shot enemy team  and u have a another nice assaulter  more combo can be good otherwise not sure if worth it.
