I was disconnected on server 60 and i can't login now..
Is it a bug.. or the server is down?
Though I can login on other servers..

I dunno if servers are down, but I'm getting the black screen of death everytime I try to login. Tried everything I could thing of. Good to know others can't get in as well though

from the looks of it all the merged servers are down (cannot login... im gonna be pissed if I cant register for CSB)

Ok, so you can't get into Us 44 either...

Since only some servers are down and others are up, don't expect a quick resolution to this problem, as it doesn't affect the entire game as a whole. With the support this game has, I would expect this to be solved in the next week or so

Rumor has it, a couple of US servers were still working. As of 15 minutes ago, US40 (and it's merged servers) were working.

ohhh yeah i checked for my first server us-38 also open but why most of servers closed damn we miss todays evil spirit event :S

some of the servers r working.

eg s10 . s40

not all US server is affected tho...

4 hours has passed and we still haven't heard any news from the moderators here

US45 has been down for the 45 mins I've been trying to log on. Tried all their tricks (updating Adobe...it was already the most recent version, flushing DNS, resetting router, and 4 different browsers all with cleared caches). It is amazing to me how quickly they fix bugs when it benefits the players, but everything else they just say FU to the players. I tried EU servers and they work. I tried several other US servers and the newest ones work. So obviously it is not on the player side.

Server 60 still down. Missing numerous events and play time, and no word from anyone as to the cause.

This level of service to paying customers is abhorrent. We should receive full compensation for this, at the very least.

That is wonderful for you, PAOFUI. My point is that it's not on the player's side, which is what they like to say any time there are issues. Being able to show that I can get into some servers, but not others shows it is not an error on this side.

Careful what you list. If you list server 36, that includes 32-35 since they merged.

so obviously we haven't gotten any response, nor do they seem to care that we are missing the events that are the REASON we play this game. the more they screw up and don't even give us a single explanation the more people are going to quit. and don't sit here and tell me that the compensation is gonna be lame. we all already know that fact. the problem is that we can't even play the damn game.

All day I've been trying to get on, and finally I find something on the problem. I play on US 66 and was thinking that something was wrong with my account. They better fix it ,or at least give us some news or a post or something. Keeping their members in the dark is not a good way to keep people playing.

Anyone have any ideas what's going on? I'm thinking a bug or something. They need to step up the maintenance then again finding a bug in programming is rather difficult.

Is that all you;re worried about? The compensation?

I'm hoping there isn't a more serious problem... They always compensate anyways, so what is the difference.

I'm sure when they have an announcement to make, they will....

There hasn't been any official listings yet for new announcements, so my guess is they're still on step one: addressing the issue they are having. I'm sure once they have it under control, they'll inform us on what they've done.

I know waiting is the hardest part, but can't we all just collectively be supportive of ourselves for a day...

LOL, certain servers have been down all day, Sakai has heard nothing from though in charge. They probs have no idea what's going on. If they wanted to write a manual for how to go out of business in 12 hours, they would list this example.

Server US 42 for me... I logged into a couple of others that I have on server 1 and server 11 and had no issue getting on. Even made a new character on random server. It only seems to be the last one I logged into is having issues.
