us servers have been down for more than ten hours now
with no response from gogames im taking a poll of all those who pay to play
to see how much gold we should be compensated

LMFAO... you REALLY think they will compensate anywhere NEAR those totals? honestly? you'd be lucky to get 2mil silver and a "we're sorry for the inconvenience" crap mail.... they do NOT care about the players... the f2p OR the gold players.... BOYCOTT GOGAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's an over-reaction.
I'm sure they are doing all they can to resolve this problem, and the only thing we can do is be patient and wait. Yes it would be nice to have any amount that is specified as compensation.
Just wait and let's see what happens there is no need to come to hasty conclusions of what is happening.
Plus it's just a game no need to get so worked up.

those totals are a conservative estimate of what each player would have lost today
any compensation lower than my lowest estimate is insufficient

500 gold? that's instant VIP for all f2p players....never happen in a million years with Gogames... so strike the gold compensation out of your mind.... you MIGHT get 100 coupons... 2 mil silver.... don't count on much more... I'd be losing out on close to 20 mil silver due to this server issue.... I don't expect anything from them cause I know how greedy they really are

I would be surprised if they give us anything. More than likely if they do it will be silver since you can earn it, and  Gold you have to buy so they will probably not give that.

i agree the free to play compensation should be less than those who are vip
thats part of the reason i specified pay to play for this poll
hopefully they can at least compensate for the lost exp/souls and silver

actually dont think, based on what, you think Vip players deserve more compensation than f2p players??, im Vip4 and can get a lot more stuff from events than some Vip5 to Vip7 even a bit more than 1 Vip9 at ES and sometimes Ryoka, so the compensation (if they gonna give compensation) must be the same for all the players

Apparently no one has experienced the downtime of big MMORPG such as Everquest or WoW. This was bound to happen after the server merge. The company GoGames who I believe does not really care for the players, is losing money with the servers being down. I am guessing multiple servers are down at this time. In my experience with a true MMORPG most expansions/fixes etc are riddled with bugs and require maintenance to fix them. This being a flash game on a smaller scale, a server merge was bound to cause a bunch of issues. When I played Everquest, I had multiple days nights and such that required a lot of time to fix. Since this is a less complex game than EQ/WoW then it shouldn't take as long.

Many things can contribute to this, their servers aren't big enough to handle merge as they originally thought or there is an exploit somewhere in the game that was found, we just don't know. HOWEVER they should update us with a server status of estimated downtime, or updates on progress. That is better customer service.

People's patience wears thin, mine has as well with things such as shura's in the palace not getting their waters and losing spots when they weren't challenged. I was close to quitting the other day after the chaos that is Ryoka was buggy. I then thought, "Oh wait, i have experienced this before on a much bigger scale.

I am vp6 so I have money invested in the game, and do realize a power balance issue with it. I will never be #1 on the server or top 5 for that matter for a long time, because I can't afford to dump a ridiculous amount of money into the game. People like myself are stuck in a shitty middle game and top up so that we can beat the one or two people in the arena that are beating us, or pass the person above us in damage PVE. There are 3 tiers to this game, High End, Middle and Low. Just like financial standing in communities. You have more money you live better. Plain and simple. (excluding those freaks that can tweak their characters so good and understand stats and strategies with characters but those are few and far between)

BUT I knew that coming into the game. People piss and moan about the people who spend a lot of money on the game, this game throws top up in your face as soon as you start playing, so I am not sure why people are so butt hurt about it. Just enjoy the game and wait for the downtime to be over with.

I would not expect any compensation (especially a gold compensation) because anything over 10 that would put people over into Vp1 since we all get 90 gold starting out.
