Hello guys, so this new event (at least for me), its a event where you win roses and you can get shinigami Urahara and Youruichi. My question is, how does this work? Do i have to waste gold to get roses or there is another way?. Cause in my server there is only 1 lvl 100, and it says one of the things to win 60 roses, is to have a full lvl 100 set.
