So with the new modify function i switched two of Kirinji's original mods into the new ones, i got both to be damage rate increase.
The modify % actually went up but so far there's no difference in his damage. Is it a bug or is it me not seing a difference in the damage?

Only way to tell is to have screenshots right before and after upgrading
