first question, is this a 100 cyclone set?
second, if I topped up $25, after my 100% rebate, I would have 2000 gold, quite sure this would be enough to get the set, am I correct?

1- Yes, it is supposed to be lvl 100 cyclone set.

2- I dont think top up works in that event. Because I have topped up 4k gold and still have 0 points. I guess you have to spend gold in that particular event to get points.. In that case you must spend 2k gold in treasure box event. So, basically yes, that set costs 2k gold

You top up 1000 gold, you receive 1000 golds
You receive 1000 golds from 100% rebate
You have 2000 golds
You spend 2000 golds in this event
You can claim the Cyclone set
for 25usd

Yes, as long as its 2k gold spent you should be able to get it. You can upgrade it in shutara shop.
