noticed just now but even tough i toped up for the first time on my server seems like there is no 1st top up pack to be claimed anywhere ? preety sad because i needed rangiku for legend gallery.

still no answer as to why there isn`t any 1st time top-up pack to be reddeemed even tough i toped up for the first time ? (tobiume +rangiku pack). Guess no one gives a damn about customers here.

no. got gold on the server i wanted to top up. just no button for first top up prize anywhere thus no tobiume nor rangiku for me q.q . is it lvl retricted or smth ? since char i used was lvl 93 (first time topping up) or is it because it`s EU server .... and possibly EU doesn`t have that feature anymore same as they took first 2 week events from EU servers only USA ones having em.

I'm on US 317 and there is no first top up prize. I ope they fix that because I need Matsumoto and Tobiume for legendaary gallery!

i think they only offer it on new servers for a while

on the same server it was ofered a while back. but forgot to check if it was still avaible when i finally decided to top - up and apparently now it isn`t there anymore. + why would they disable it ? since its the only way to get tobiume and rangiku for legend gallery. or is there a lvl restriction for it ? like after reaching x lvl the offer gets diabled ?

no other game does that. in any other game first time top-up packs are avaible on any server at any given time.
