I usually stack them in one pile then when UBP comes around and tells me that I will not get a new Zanpakuto so do I sell them and start a new stack.
You already have the current best Zanpakuto in the game (one guy stalks your threads and one girl just silently reads them moahahaha) so either just train all your zanpakutos to max level (I assume you already have) or just sell them, they are not good for anything at all and just takes a lot of space.
