I allways did that since some months ago, ex when you need to do 8 trials for daily task, and youre doing lv70 tier, so i did 4, then nude my prota and lose the other 4, because its useless doing lv50 again

yes, you can just fight trial without partner, to lose purposely (the last team at each trial is preferrable though). In case I have experienced the same as paofui, so have to either change to 1st skill and/or remove all equipments on main(esp. if your main is so OP)
be careful during this time, others can successfully rob you at soul hunt/snatch your palace/arena ranks/enslave you lol.
