coommon today i was gonna ugrade my shin shura kenp and i dont have any reset change at hueonco mundo and i have shini agent plzz give my chances back this is not the first time im losing my chances

One thing to note, is if you do reset around/after reset and nothing happens. Just leave HMA, refresh page and wait. It has reset later on for me. Don't reset again hoping it will work (losing another reset chance, only reset again after waiting a while, till afternoon or something, and if nothing has changed still).
