Really need help with this hard choice, between a Nozarashi and Main, you can consider also:
- There is only 8000 reincarnation fragments required to reincarnate then starts over from 0.
- Level Cap is currently 159 and Cap Limit raise time is unknown,
- Both are level 159 with Reincarnation 4,
- The level drops to 144 after reincarnation,
- Main is always in formation,
- Main is hardest to level up (no Exp Scroll),
- Getting about 180million exp a day with dailies for main lvl 159,
- Main will get exp again after reincarnation but less then 180million a day (level drop @ exp instance),
- Nozarashi will get exp again about 180million exp a day,
- Both look nice with Red Sparkles 
- Any other points of view are valid. (The above are just some considerations)
Don't judge by the BP or sets, I have much better sets then what main character is using.

-This was probably the hardest decision I toke while playing B.O. and it came because the level limit was of 159.
-Decided on Nozarashi for the idea that he will level up faster, and since I'm leveling other partners that haven't reached level 159, best way would be to keep Main at cap level, Experience Instance Exp will surely boost all partners exp.
-Also hoping level cap will be raised in the "near future" (which will probably not happen so fast).
-Reincarnating Main would take way longer to reach 159, the benefits would be 6% more damage, exp and levels before cap raises again, at that point he would need just 1 level to make another reincarnation (that would probably make main lvl 1).
-Based on the pool: the ideas that you guys gave me was make a stronger Nozarashi because "Nozarashi".. lol..
Yeah I know his OP partner, nice blocks and nice dmg.
-Lets keep it simple: Thanks for all the feedback and ideas! Those where greatly appreciated.
(All partners are now using Advanced Ultimate Sets)

Can you post some screenshots of you characters?
Btw, Main lvl going down doesn't really change anything, don't know about exp instance, but he can forexample still wear 150 gear etc :p

I consider I willl cap all team into 159 again before getting back 8k reincarnation frags.
My drama on exp is higher then pve and pvp wise...
(I wouldn't have issues if the damn 159 cap would be raised, anyways.. getting them images)

Added the images, I dont use noza on pve, though because his capped, routing exp to other partners you know I am an Efficient guy, I hate Exp waste lol

Why do you have 2 pieces of the skyreaver set on him? :O(Why not go 2 pieces of Aquaria, 2 pieces of Firelord and 2 pices of the dark set? :O )

Yeah I know that part of it. LOL
Thats why there are more Zaraki partners then any others in this game, and Bankai one still incoming!
STILL!.. From the votes, none explain the reason for it. I'm actually 50/50 on this subject...

Main should always be done last since the main's level determines how much xp you can get. Plus no one can level higher than the main. So if you have a partner that is 158 now, they will stay at that level until the main gets to 159 again.

I know but if I continue like this my hole tavern is gonna be 159, including Omaeda.
While I'm raising Nozarashi level back up to 159, all team + main is capped.
Raising Main's level back to 159 is far harder but more rewarding, I'll have to do it someday.
Since Orange Reincarnation is only available for lvl 160, we can consider a R5 level 159 maxed Main.
I did like your point of view about exp instead of battle power

Forgot to say:
All my partners are 159 (taking your example) if I had one partner lvl 158, I might not mind him being lvl 158 at all, the level boost ain't that much.
Atleast I would be raising Main from lvl 144 about 207Bil exp when compared to the 2.1Bil, that will have to happen someday.

If you do Noza first, it will take a shorter amount of time for him to get back to 159 than your main. If you get any new partners or want to reincarnate a different partner it will be smoother for them to get back up in level if the main stays at 159.
If you want to wait on Noza or don't want to get new partners, then do the main first.

Actually, you are right. None of main's skills are that helpful in the game right now. I wish we could at least have a healing skill like Unlimited Ninja or something. We'll be lucky if the main even gets to skill without any immunity mods like other partners. I do, however, believe the survivability potential is already there if they would just expand on the main's capabilities a little more.

Main will always be that presence, well equipped goes OP just like that... I do believe Main will get more stuff. Mainly on skills they really suck, need a bit more % and possible 1 extra effect on each skill.

I am also optimistic they will one day get their shit together and actually do something about the main character.
Whether that optimism is in the right place is something to address at a later date in therapy after the game has closed down.
