my game wont load or game is down what is wrong?

I think a bug broke the game. Apparently they working on it.

All servers are down. Working on a fix for Partner Upgrade bug and the event bug, and probably making sure the 200% hp update works correctly.

Even when it's up, it is still broken. Evidently they are trying to make it less broken. They accomplish this by having the game down all day again. Awesome!

its not minor when its been down 4 along time and that isn't compensation you need 10mil 30 coupons and 20 vit this is a lil bit better not that much thou

I am pretty sure that they will not give us more then 2 mil silver, 30 coupons not so sure maybe 20 and 20 vit ??? I lost both vit events 20+20 because of this blackscreen , why should I get just 20 vit ??? this is the poorest staff i ever seen , no communication, no event schedule , no respect for players , game have major problems with clans power balance , with silver gain for people who have bad luck to be in an inactive clan and 0 replays from staff.... they don't have sufficient work power to manage game, so what this have to do with us ??

I got over 6k vit saved up so not using the 360 or so it would take to hit it. I r sad to.

As for compensation it'll probably be what it always is. 2m silver few coupons and a big middle finger.

What I don't get is why doesn't the servers say its under maintenance? Why does it allow you to get as far as showing logging in or initializing character info... :/

m8 you shoud talk with them and tell about this problems, like I told before I don't see you in any way responsible for this problems, but you as a community operator you have the option to speak direct with them and explain that people are not very happy, Merge was a fail, every single event that comes had bugs, EU players did not receive stones from Halloween event, I know this looks like minors problems but if you take all the minors problems that we have and put them together will be a big problem, after merge many people quit, now many servers are back to 2 lanes at guild war, Protect Seireitei only 5 people attacking, ES is just for those lucky who have maybe 5 + 400BP players in a clan and kills all 3 Boss, for me that means less silver, Ryoka.... it feels like playing CS with sniper, but now it's worst since we have 2,3 players who can easy 1 hit , taking all this what options have a free player or a medium to enjoy this game.. people are just hating each other

I know, and I have talked to them till I can't talk nomore. Thing is, I speak to support who has been rather hard to get ahold of lately, and they have no say or power in what the devs do/fix/compensate. They know people are upset, but there is little they can do about it honestly. THey have even went to the higher up bosses to no avail. :/

Personally I would consider taking away gogames's rights to host this game and let someone else take over the EU/US market that actually has experience in running a successful mmo. (successful in the sense that people want to play and top up and get the support they need)

That can be,but as i've said i'm sure there are people here who lost patience 2-3 months ago and in a game wich is almost down every week or has something every day no wonder.

Instead of fixing the problems,all i've saw that they just launched new servers one after one another,wich didn't solved the problems,but it made their pockets full.

thats the last thing i hope happens. I am a little anoid cos this issue has been going on since before evil spirits for EU servers and soon ryoka event too. i know their compensation if and when they do one wont even cover one of those events which is piss poor but the lose of character data would be a whole other level and im pretty sure they'd need to do a lot of damage control before everyone leaves

It was lovely of the game to still put up the scrolling message when ES started to taunt us. Yes, very nice indeed.

And this getting fixed by ryoka? HAHA. It's what...4 am there right now? We won't see anything on this for about 8 hours probably. So an entire day lost and we'll get a whole whopping 3 mil silver, 50 coupons, and 50 vitality. Cuz goFUgames is soooooooo sorry for the inconvenience. LOL

Both you waste silver on, but Reishi costs more and reward is none sometimes, cause Janken is a garbage can for an adventurers money aha
Reiatsu, at least you have a guarantee of getting something every time.
Exp is not a big deal, sure it is. When you unlock new slots in H-frags for partners and main, new gear, accessories, and fortifications. Those power your character up quite a lot.
