Hi guys.İ speak to go games support team and we will get compensation and some players cant get answer because there is a 1 guys working there to answer all e mails

İs it really hard to warn us when servers will maintenance and when it will be finished??? so we can login spesific times and not w8 this much...

That poor man answering emails. Probably getting called every name in the book by everyone and he isn't even a programmer, just the guy answering the email inbox.

Yes, Cyrus has a lot on his hands as the only support for GoGames. Even I haven't been able to talk to him in several weeks.

Why would I need a non staff member to speak to him? How are you speaking to him, he's never on Skype.

Hi Sakai, recently I got tons of mails to reply each day and, apart from this, I still got many things to do (about work but not related to customer service). Hope you can understand this...

he cant answer on skype just e mails and i am sending them always 4 am on my country.He has problem about skype

as i remember it rite... i was told there was 2 ppl... not mentioning the names...

but a lot of others know about the duo ...

so if u say theres only 1 now.... then the other must hav quit...

well not surprised to me... since go games dunno how to run their company well

wat a company... really start to lose hope on this game company n the way they handle stuff

i wonder wat happen to all the vips around n players to boycott the game from not spending at all...
