what level can i modify the last star for rukia, it says partner level low. i have all the materials for it.

i have asked around and got to know its lvl 100. so am planning to get him at lvl 100.

Ahh thnx for the info....and if its lvl 100 shouldnt u be getting it at maybe 90 considering that it might take a month or two in getting the +20 fury starting mod ??

ah yeah will take 20-25 days to get the urahara materials. i forgot about that part. thanks
