Bankai Power is also a good event to top up everyday 4kgold (u get a lot of Stones) sadly no wiki page for this

What do you think about learning the game better before doing such big top-up (I see that you played before, but if it was long ago then many thing could have changed)? When you are planning to spend that amount of money you should know the game well enough to be able to decide for yourself or at least have some ideas and eventually ask which one is the best. Looking at your comment I have the fealing that you don't have any concept and it is actually unwise to spend so much money basing on other people's opinions (especially if you don't know them well). Better wait, learn the game and the changes it had, later create  some basic idea of your team and then start asking for advices. If you ask others to give you idea of your team from scratch, it won't be really your own team and what is more important you don't really know if that person gives good advices or just trolls you (or just don't know game too well). Also right now current meta can change at any moment (especially since new zan should come out soon) so either way it's better to hold back with spending

I played last in early november. Like first week. I know how to play yhe game, I just dunno if there are any nee characters or zanpakutos that have been added since I last played. Or if there are better events to top up in. Ive only ever topped up 350$ on the game before in one server.

But still, i'm not in position to say that but there are much more valuable ways to spend that amount of money than on this quite buggy and not the best quality game (no offense to gogames, i love playing it and all but would never consider spending so much money on it because it's really not the best graphics, has alot of bugs that doesn't seem to being fixed (as they are still here for few years already) and so on).
Well that's you money bro/sis so you decide what to do with it.

And now for real, what events you should spend on.
It depends. You want to spend so much on one top up in one day or it's fine for you to do more top ups in several days. There are quite some events where you can get like OP champ or Zanpaktou if you donate on right time. Or you can get like sht tons of extra gold and so on. (not pro at this because it's irrelevant to me)

WOW, i jsut checked for 1,5k $ you will get like 60k gold. You can obtain like any champion or zanpaktou.
So i think, wait till there will be Ryujin Jakka and take that one, if it will take only like 1k $ you can wait for some other event to get some stupidly insane champ too... Man with that much money spent you can get like.... dunno... jst... ...

60k gold pure top up + 50% supervalue rebate + 100% UC rebate (if he wins) = 150k gold

u can buy with that RJ + Hashwalth + kukaku for example

I understand your questions about possible new OP events but for new partners and zans we have wiki so no need to ask about it, and by learning how to play I don't mean only basics (which are easy to learn) but also understanding game a little deeper just by facing opponents in hma and csb (also watching ToT to see how it looks like for top dogs)and finding out which which partners are valuable, which are hard to become out-dated,which abilities are good and which not, what are important factors for partners to be considered strong,how other people's set up look like and how to build your team for good synergy so that you can create your team yourself, it isn't really hard to understand but you need some time to get used to it and understand as well how is game changing so you can be flexible with your team, if you ask questions like what to get without even saying what you have/how your plans look like I have reasons to doubt if you really can play game that well (no offense of course, I can be completly wrong about you) because if you aren't creating your team from scratch it may be a little bit hard to handle it. And btw since november game could have changed so it isn't unreasonable to play a little without making top-ups just to check if changes wasn't somewhat drastic (although gameplay didn't change, we just got few new features). Well, my point is: before spending that much money, think about how to make best use of it yourself and although listening to other people is important you shouldn't depend only on their advices and first ideas for your team should come from you and then use other people's opinions to improve it. Just blind listening to others is easy way to lost money as well as not enjoying game itself (because as I said it won't really feel like your own team)

yes hes a quincy, right hand of yhwach. probably the most useful partner because he can do so much.
protects you from CCs, reduces fury, increases your team def, heals your entire team when he gets hit

well i've seen it for 40k in anniversay feast, but normaly it costs around 50k-60k gold, or u can get it for "free" by just topping up 40k-60k in some events

yes if u pass the right events, RJ 40k-50K, kukaku 20k-30k (dont really now atm) hash is for 40k in Hueco mundo treasure i think

well that is true, but Christmas event is already over and we dont know if the next christmas event will be the sameand its still a year till it

Well I kind of thought of something, if I top up during a ultra hero, the reio furnace event is usually there with it, so with my top up i could get a 50% rebate plus the 50% rebate from supervalue. Then I'd have 60k points to spend in ultra hero, as well as the 120k gold to spend on whatever else. Not sure what characters I would get from ultra hero, but it is a thought. Or I could wait till next ultimate rebate and get whatever partner is out then, and get a decent rebate on that and buy characters that way.

I really just want hash. I dunno what team ill have besides that tbh. Ill use brenji pve, and hiki for PvP I guess. Either her or oetsu. And someone said to get kkukaku for vang.
